Dynamic forms

Unit4 CR makes filling in forms even easier! Data is filled in automatically, so you don’t have to enter information that is already in the system.

The form layout is dynamic, intelligent and based on conditional logic, so when you fill in one field, other fields, flexi fields or tabs can be hidden or visible.

The data you fill in the forms can now also be used to generate data such as transaction postings or Masterfile register entries. These changes and more are designed to reduce manual work, improve delegation and provide access to quality data.

Improved workflow functionality

Easily and efficiently create workflow process maps. The new interface offered by Unit4 ERP CR is more intuitive and has an improved ‘drag-and-drop’ functionality. This new feature is designed to be more user-friendly and intuitive, making creating and maintaining process diagrams easier.

Existing workflow maps will also automatically be recognised within the screen, meaning there is no need for you to build existing workflow processes. Workflow recognition is both user-friendly and saves you valuable time.

Webification of financials

The following screens are available at Unit4 ERP CR: note portfolio enquiries; error transactions report batch import; import customers and suppliers; and account groups.

The full ‘Agresso Financials‘ menu is available. This new feature removes the need for users to have access to a desktop executable, either installed locally or accessed via Citrix.

Mobile Absence

The absence tracking mobile app allows employees to manage their absences on the go. In the app, employees can enter absences, accidents, update medical certificates, extend and close absences.

The app also allows managers to be notified of absences as quickly as possible, register and track data relating to the absence, as well as keep in touch with the employee in question.

Information browser 2.0

Information Browser 2.0 gives you one single starting point for reporting and planning processes. Providing easier access to business data for more users, its easily created reports help increase information value, as well as the distribution of information. The new Report Maintenance Screen is designed to help you better govern the creation and management.

With Unit4 CR, you can create multiple charts and gauges for reporting and integrate with Analyzer XP. In addition, structures and statistical expressions are now supported.

Workflow approval of role additions & alterations

Get access to pre-filled electronic forms with user data and associated roles. Forms can be submitted in workflow for approval, automatically granting user membership of a role which in turn grants new access rights or responsibilities for approving workflow tasks.

This new feature provides a better audit trail for menu access changes and leads to less manual work and fewer errors. It also creates unauthorised access and a more efficient onboarding process for new employees.

With Unit4 ERP CR now you have the ability to set the ‘list’ setting as default; grant multiple roles access to documents; exclude the logged-in user from being able to see documents; display documents on a separate screen.
