About the course:

This course helps you understand the wonderfully useful ‘flexi-field’ functionality in U4 ERP (Agresso). Flexi-fields allow you to capture bespoke information and truly make the system relate to your business.

You will learn where they can be used, what field-types are available, how to automate fields and populate them with information.

You will also learn how to make fields dynamic so that they only appear based on information entered in other fields.

Trainee Prerequisites – Knowledge:

As this course is aimed at the beginner, there is no mandatory prerequisite.
However, a knowledge of the following areas would be an advantage for the learner:

  • Unit4 ERP (Agresso / U4BW) navigation

What the trainees will receive:

In addition to the hands-on training session, the trainees will receive:

  • A PDF User Guide detailing all elements trained in the course
  • A certificate of completion

Course Summary:

The course is led by an experienced Arribatec Training Centre (ATC) trainer, using the dedicated ATC training environment. The learners are given temporary access to the environment during the course.

The practical exercises cover all the functionality necessary for the learner to be able to create their own flexi-fields on their system, control access and report on values entered.

The PDF guide can be used as a reference by the learner once the course is finished, therefore providing ongoing value and assistance.
